Vancouver Island Highway 19 Road Conditions Reports

Highway 19 (Inland Island Highway), in both directions. Utility work between Summerset Rd and Hillview Rd for 0.2 km (7 km south of Parksville). Until Fri Jan 23 at 6:00 AM PST. Expect minor delays. Right lane is closed in both directions. Watch for traffic control. NIGHT WORK - slow down and watch for work crews.

Highway 19 (Island Highway), southbound. Maintenance between Browns Bay Rd and Orange Point Rd for 15.4 km (Campbell River). Until Fri Mar 6 at 4:00 PM PST. Single lane alternating traffic. Watch for traffic control. Lane Closure.

Highway 19 (Island Highway), in both directions. Utility work planned between Maughan Rd and the end of Highway 19 (Island Highway) for 0.5 km (Nanaimo). Starting Tue Feb 3 at 9:00 AM PST until Mon Feb 9 at 3:00 PM PST. Roadway will be reduced to two lanes. Expect minor delays. Watch for traffic control personnel. Speed reduction. Slow down and watch for work crews.
